2 Hatha Yoga Classes at the Dharma Studio

2 Hatha yoga classes in an uplifting private garden environment at the Dharma Studio! Francoise De Deken offers gentle yoga instruction to small groups (2-8 people) in her serene studio nestled in the tranquil grounds of her Palo Alto home.  A Belgium native, Francoise will give instruction in English or French, depending on the composition of the class.  Class participants must be age 15 and up.
