Winners of this auction item will choose between two options. Either way, your class will be tailored to your goals, experience and needs.

1. Outdoor yoga for you and up to 5 friends. Meet at a local park or your own yard for a 45 minute yoga session based on your goals. Go for relaxing slow flow and stretching, or a grounding vinyasa class.
2. Yoga@work virtually for your work team. No experience needed!

Whether you are just curious about yoga or a seasoned yogi, take the time for yourself and invite some friends or co-workers as well.

This easy to clean, foldable, cute cat pattern yoga/pilates mat measures 72" x 27" and is 1/16" thick. Sweat absorbent and non-slip, made from high-grade natural rubber and suede, this mat comes with its own carrying bag for easy transport to/from a session.
