I grew up in El Paso, Texas right on the border of the United States and Mexico. Juarez is our sister city right on the other side of the Rio Grande. Our cities have a symbiotic existence. Our culture, economy and people are an inseparable mix from either side. I can’t image El Paso without Juarez.
