This is an heirloom piece of hand painted china. It has been painted with a process developed over 2 centuries ago. The artist, Frances Molloy, has meticulously painted the beautiful design of a cute Teddy bear several times, each painting followed by exposure to heat over 1300 degrees. Valued at $275.00
