This painting was created by Edward Ndungu. Edward is in Form 3 at Rapha Secondary School in Nyahururu, Kenya.

His father abandoned the family leaving his mother to care for six children. Two of her children are mentally disabled so she is unable to work due to caring for their special needs. She struggles to provide basic needs let alone school fees. Edward has been part of our community since he was a young boy and we’re thrilled to see his progress as he nears the end of his secondary education. He is a talented young man with a bright future!
