Measuring 21.5" tall, this hopper-style bird feeder was hand-crafted & lovingly rubbed to superb smoothness in Costa Rica, from plantation-grown Teak, one of the most durable woods for outdoor use.
Teak is not native to Costa Rica, and using non-native, plantation grown teak lessens demand for native woods that provide wildlife habitat, AND prevents deforestation. Costa Rica is really on the forefront of this plantation growing, and it is a country that is almost 30% locked into preserves, parks, or private ecologically safe lands.
Easy to clean with a hose or in the sink, the feeder hangs by a rubber-coated heavy duty wire, looped with a copper clip, and is fronted by two plexiglass view plates, one etched with a white pine branch and cone.
The plexi slides in and out very easily, for the best cleaning practices in our betimes damp PNWet areas, and where some birds easily transmit birdie-diseases, when feeders are not cleaned properly

AUCTION
- If you are the WINNING BIDDER of an Auction item, your card will be charged shortly after close of the main Auction, sometime after 8 pm PST on SATURDAY, 20th November, and you will receive an E-mail PAID INVOICE
- All items sold 'AS IS'. We try our best to provide accurate descriptions & good pictures. Colours may vary from pictures, as monitors vary. Have questions, contact us BEFORE you bid
- Pick-up will be in the greater Kitsap Peninsula area. There will be a few designated volunteers' homes throughout the area, or at mutually agreed-upon public location
- Items can be mailed IF they fit a standard USPS Priority Mail boxes; you will be charged only the Priority Mail fee (and Insurance by request); no other charges shall be applied
- The separate Shipping Invoice must be paid before items are shipped
READERS & HEALERS
- When you buy a Reading, you registered CC will be charged automatically, and you will receive an E-mail PAID INVOICE
- After payment, you will also receive an E-mail with the contact information for your Reader / Healer, so you can make arrangements for your appointment
- The Readers will receive a list of all clients, but it is YOUR responsibility to contact the Reader whose services you purchase
- Minimum cost (set as BUY IT NOW) is $25 per session and, if you can afford it & want to give more to the Healing Hearts Fund, we will gladly accept your donation, which can be made on any page of the Auction through the DONATION BUTTON
WORKSHOPS
- When you buy a Workshop ticket, you registered CC will be charged automatically, and you will receive an E-mail PAID INVOICE
- After payment, you will also receive an E-mail with the Zoom link to the LIVE class
- All classes will also be recorded & available for the ticket holder to view for 30 days
- Minimum cost (set as BUY IT NOW) is $15 or $25 per Workshop, depending on length and, if you can afford it & want to give more to the Healing Hearts Fund, we will gladly accept your donation, which can be made on any page of the Auction through the DONATION BUTTON
