In this carefully curated basket, ALL items were chosen from personal experience, research, & use, and some are home made. 
You will also receive recipes for more home-made cleaning items, as well as the websites of the companies providing some of the items, in case you want to get more.   
I will also answer all questions for the next 6 months, helping you to make more things, or purchase future items that are already researched.

Items chosen are Organic when possible, all natural materials, most fully compostable, recyclable, or easily biodegradable <for realz, not fake 'wishful recycling / biodegradable!>

• It is also ok to pool resources, and have a couple people buy this together, if one is interested in the herbal consult, and the other in the STUFF, or the environmental consult...  Splitting is OK!

• I WILL TRAVEL WITHIN 1.5 - 2 HRS FROM bREMERTON FOR THE IN-HOME ENVIRONMENTAL & FOR THE CLINICAL CONSULTS.  SO, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Port Angeles, Everett, and such and nearby are all game.  I could do Portland / Vnacouver, IF we could time it for one of my other trips there.

• THE 6 MONTHS OF ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS CONSULTATIONS - I will help you with recipes, share research, share curated items that have been tried; I will teach you how to make small, slow, inexpensive changes in your environment & daily life that will change & improve your health. We can (if you are vaccinated) walk your home and together find ways to improve your health & your environmental  footprint, while maintaining your current lifestyle, without adding a burden.  Let's ZOOM, or MESSAGE for these consulations, and to a max of 2-3 hours a month

• You also get a 2-3 + hour herbal & nutritional consultation. It will take however long it takes.  I do in-depth and very complete initial consultations. Time does not matter as much as knowing & understanding all I need to know about your situation.

• 2 stand-up, wide bottomed silicone Zippered bags.  As above, but for things that need to stand up while you fill them, and for wider items

• 1 bottle of citrus-powered cleaning vinegar (vinegar, orange, grapefruit, and lemon peels).  Home-made, excellent degreaser, as well as lightly anti-bacterial: clean counters, sinks, and more.

• 1 jar of home-made clothes washing soap.  No residue, almost scentless, safe for the most advanced HDPE machines, top or front loaders.  Safe for the most delicate of lingerie or silk, yet tough enough on the stubborn stains.  Try it!  So easy and cheap to make, I can't see why anyone buys stuff in those plastic jugs and spends so much money on laundry!  

• 2 rolls of the BEST BAMBOO TP OUT THERE!  'Who Gives a Crap' has premium bamboo TP at a price comparable to Costco's sized Charmin, yet lasts much longer, wipes your bum for realz, does not fall apart into sticky dusty mush, is safe for septics, AND 50% (yes, I said FIFTY PERCENT) of their profit goes to bringing toilets and water to countries and places needing them.  Also, THEY ARE FUNNY!
