“Bluebird of Happiness” framed watercolor by Jo Anne Jacobs

West Virginia native Jo Anne Jacobs predominately paints in watercolor, and is influenced by the patterns in nature and the mixture of the colors found there. She is a member of the Allied Artists of West Virginia, West Virginia Watercolor Society, West Virginia Art and Craft Guild, Charleston Calligraphy Guild, and is a juried member of the Dickirson Gallery of Tamarack. Jo Anne is also represented in collections at the University of Charleston and Marshall University.
