The 2009 BLM Manual was released after years of updating by BLM staff. This manual is one of a limited number that was signed by Branch Chiefs of the BLM upon publication. The winning bidder keeps the manual for display purposes until the PLSO auction the following year. Proceeds go to the PLSO scholarship fund.
