Virtual 'Friends and Family' Yoga class

Looking for a fun way to connect virtually with friends and family near and far? A private yoga class customized for your special group can be a wonderful activity that everyone can enjoy.

Whether it’s your immediate family (kids are welcome!) or a combination of friends or colleagues, Emily will make the experience fun while everyone reaps the benefits of a healthy activity for body and mind. 

Emily Rosen, a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Mindfulness educator, has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She has taught at Journey of Yoga in Simsbury and other location in the Farmington Valley for the last 5 years. Emily also teaches yoga and mindfulness to educators and students through her position at the Capitol Region Education Council  (CREC) in Hartford, CT.
