CT is home to some amazing Vegan Restaurants with wonderful & friendly service: ION in Middletown and Flora in West Hartford are two of our very favorites.

 At Copper Beech we are working to serve food that has less negative impact on the planet and its' systems, so that we can live in a way that honors all beings.
