Collectible Plate - The Wizard of Oz - Tin Man Speaks

Who can forget that iconic scene when the tin man utters his first words after being given oil by Dorothy?  In this depiction of the 1939 movie Dorothy and the scarecrow are seen oiling the tin mans mouth much to his surprise and joy.  

This numbered gold brick rimmed plate has never been hung and is in the original box.  It contains a Certificate of Authenticity and the Record of Acquistion.  It is one of the Hamilton Collection Wizard of Oz Commemorative Plate Series by artist Thomas Blackshear.
