Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome style condo, with no neighbors above or below in the beautiful Fraser River Valley. Pull in the ground level garage to pack and unpack out of the weather. Store your bikes or other gear safely in the garage after a day of play. Walk up to the second floor where you will enjoy a view of Byer's Peak and the Winter Park ski area from the living area and then make yourself at home!

You can relax and cook a meal at home or order from the many great restaurants in Fraser or Winter Park. Our eating area is adjacent to the kitchen and can seat six at the large table or it has 2 pull out leaves to easily seat more. We’ve got plenty of plates, bowls, glassware, and flatware for your use, as well as a full complement of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. And, of course, we’ve got a coffee pot, microwave, crock pot and a blender. The family room is open to this area as well, so you can relax and visit. We now also have Internet and HD tv! In addition, the main level has a bedroom with queen bed, twin bunk beds and a full newly remodeled bathroom.

The upstairs has a bedroom with a king bed, full newly remodeled bathroom, full size washing machine/dryer and loft area with two twin beds. The loft has a bi-fold door to close it off for privacy and noise reduction. It also has a new bathtub and tile in the adjoining bathroom. Spread out with one family, or have fun with two families.

We are just a 10 minute drive from Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. If you don’t feel like driving, the free shuttle stops every 30 minutes at the end of our drive in the winter, connecting you with the towns of Fraser and Winter Park as well as the ski resorts. Cross country skiing is also excellent with back country trails nearby and groomed trails at Snow Mountain Ranch and Devil's Thumb. Two snow tubing hills are across Highway 40 in Fraser, about 2 minutes from the condo. If the weather is bad, work out in the newly remodeled Meadow Ridge clubhouse where you have access to 2 large hot tubs (1 family and 1 adult only), all year round outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis (seasonal), racquetball, basketball, weight room, and steam room. Fraser Valley has a wonderful new rec center in town with an indoor pool, water slide and other amenities, There is also an outdoor covered ice rink, and a new bowling alley and cinema. All of this is 2 mins. from our Fraser town-home. Grandby, Sol Vista, Shadow Mtn. and Grand Lake are about a 20 - 30 min. drive if you like to fish or water ski. The Pole Creek Golf course is only a 5 min. drive near Tabernash. Also, one of the best national parks in the country, Rocky Mountain National Park, is an hour away, with spectacular year round activities. The grocery store, restaurants, and stores are only a mile away for convenience.

This place offers a full mountain experience accessible to you, and lots of space to spread out; you will love this condo and this location! We hope you enjoy your stay at our non-smoking, family friendly condo. Sometimes there is almost too much to do. But if you want to do nothing, you can just sit back and enjoy the great view from two stories of windows in the living room.
