Artist Bio
Linda Ellen's home and studio are on Bird Song Retreat in northeast Alabama. She is an RN and an artist.
THE FEATURED ARTIST IN THE HUNTSVILLE MUSEUM OF ART SPRING GALA 2003 annual black-tie Gala. She has been selected numerous times to paint in the Art Blink Black-Tie annual Gala winning the Patron's award in 2017, also creating humorous animal portraits for the annual Hand in Paw Gala.
Memberships: OIL PAINTERS OF AMERICA, PORTRAIT SOCIETY OF AMERICA, NATIONAL MUSEUM OF WOMEN IN THE ARTS, AMERICAN IMPRESSIONIST SOCIETY.
Her paintings are in public and private collections in the United States, Canada, Sweden, And South America. The painting: "Corner Conversation" is included in the permanent collection of Huntsville Museum of Art, Huntsville, Alabama. Linda Ellen Price is the great (six generations) niece of a signer of the US Constitution, Charles Pinckney. His younger brother, William Robert her maternal grandfather.
