Dinner by Professor Sarah Jane Hughes
A ready-to-serve meal for May 6, 7, or 8, prepared by Professor Hughes for serving at your home or venue, including the entrée, the vegetables and salad, and one or two fancy homemade desserts for 10 to 12 persons including wine suitable to the entrée. Professor Hughes will negotiate the entrée with the winning bidder – grilled salmon or mixed seafood hot dish, or vegetarian (not vegan), and discuss dessert options as well.
