Energy - Fused Glass - Jacki Cohen measures 13" x 14" and comes on a custom stand.
Energy is a fused glass that has been fired in a kiln multiple times in temperatures up to 1250 degrees Fahrenheit. The schedule of the firing will determine the desired outcome and manipulate the glass in the kiln. This piece was fired at a full fuse to create a flat surface then fired at a tack fuse schedule to create a textured interest. Along with the texture, the various shapes of the glass and circles that extend from the piece are pleasing to the eye. The neutral shades of browns and ivory are beautiful like the gorgeous AZ desert-scape of mountains and rocks.
