Rockmere Wines 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

Enjoy a bottle of Rockmere's Inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon while also supporting former SGIS teacher and alum, Bailey Pinckernell, and her family owned vineyard. Inaugural realease date April 1, 2021. Must be 21 yrs of age to purchase.

The 2018 Cabernet showcases a signature black fruit profile. Black raspberry and black cherry are perfectly layered with floral and dark spice notes. These notes come from the vineyard’s cooler climate and rocky soil.

The wine's graceful structure makes it particularly food friendly. We suggest pairing with braised meat dishes, filet mignon, or lamb. For a lighter pairing, we suggest seafood such as swordfish or tuna.
