Eric Schott, a student of Karl Benjamin at Claremont Graduate University and native of southern California is an art teacher and artist engaged with non-objective painting who completed his undergraduate studies at California State University Northridge, and completed his MFA at Claremont Graduate University where he was awarded the Karl and Beverly Benjamin Fellowship in art. In addition to exhibiting extensively in commercial galleries and non-profit spaces in Los Angeles as well as other locations in California, he teaches high school as an extension of his art practice and community involvement.
