Truro’s North Pamet Road at it’s very end is lost to the sand and the sea.

On a winter morning as I walked it to the beach ( a solo trip indeed ) I caught the toe of my rubber boot on the buckling tar that rippled before me like a wave. “I am ok” I told my canine companion . This maiden voyage did not deter me from visiting the spot again & again that February, May and September.

Its solitary beauty demands attention .
