Latin Cuisine Cooking Class with Celebrity Chef TJ from LA

Based around a unique Tostonera and two Goya baskets, this Latin-themed experience is with Celebrity Le Chef TJ. Chef TJ will either come to your home or teach you over Zoom, your choice. The cooking class will be approximately 1.5 hours with a consult call to set up a custom menu and ingredients list (winner is responsible for procuring the items.) The package includes a $150 Publix gift card, two baskets of food and condiments from GOYA, a cutting board and knives, and a basket full of exotic fruit - including plantains to make your tostones!

Chef TJ is based in LA but travels to Orlando monthly to cook for his clients.  The cooking class is available via Zoom only until June 2020.  After June, Chef TJ is willing to cook with you in your home.  The date and time will be mutually agreed upon by the winner and the chef.

Chef TJ was born and raised in France. He was a professional soccer player who had to quit due to injuries which eventually led him to become a nutritionist and food enthusiast.  He worked for 15 years as a professional chef and for the past several years has gone into private practice for celebrities in LA and Orlando.  He will help you prepare a beautiful meal that is not only delicious but also nutritious.
