• Briggs Ranch Golf Club - San Antonio, TX

The winning bidder will have the option to continue their membership after one year with no additional initiation fee required ($6,000 per year).

Membership is good for the winning bidder and any significant other plus children under the age of 23. Members can bring a guest at the charge of $175 per guest. Lodging is $800 for a four person cottage per night.
