5. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. 8. Payment for items purchased must be made in full on the conclusion of the auction via the online payment portal.
9. Following confirmed payments, please allow 5-7 business days for items to be mailed to the address provided.

11. Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date of the auction.
