3 Private Ballroom Dance Lessons with professional Alicia Marcantonio, First Coast Dancing With the Stars 2017 Champion

A Southern Belle hailing from the Florida Panhandle, Alicia started walking at 11 months and dancing the next day. Beginning her formal dance instruction at the age of three, Alicia spent each year adding to her repertoire to include contemporary, modern, and jazz, solidifying her passion for the art. Her love of classical ballet would soon unexpectedly vault her into the next stage of her dancing career. While preparing for the First Coast Nutcracker in 2008, Alicia was approached to make a foray into ballroom, and she has never looked back. She soon began her journey as a dance instructor and has spent the last 8 years teaching anyone with a desire to learn. With students ranging in age from 6 to 93 and locales from Fernandina Beach to Green Cove Springs and even St. Augustine, Alicia joined the talented staff of Monarch Ballroom in 2015, and has been motivating the First Coast to get on its feet and move with the music! Her favorite styles of ballroom are the Viennese Waltz and Tango, and she has a soft spot for Salsa and Cha Cha.
