Carol Frappier is a longtime artist and art teacher in Rockport. She graduated from the Massachusetts College of Art and has taught many local students at the art center and in other venues. Her original painting of the Bruhl-O’Connor House, the longtime home of the Rockport Center for the Arts, destroyed by Hurricane Harvey, evokes many joyful memories of artists and art gathered in the building.
