Lorrie Harrington, a native Texas, has been creating glass artwork for over 30 years. She moved to Rockport in 1992, initially showing her work at the legendary Estelle Stair Gallery. She and her husband Rex then opened a Downtown Cultural Arts District glass studio and gallery, The Niche, for 12 years. She is a resident artist at Wind Way Gallery and executes many private commissions. She has been instrumental in gaining recognition for stained glass as a fine art form.
