Flint Reed, the 2002 poster artist for the Rockport Art Festival, lives in Port Aransas Texas and owns the Mustang Art Gallery. After time as a Navy Pilot, Reed studied in Europe, attending the School of Fine Arts in Madrid. After 11 years in Europe and the West Indies, he returned to the US.
