Namast'ay in Muskoka Yoga classes, workshops, and retreats with will take you on an inspiring and creative journey of discovery or re-discovery of self through a variety of Yoga styles. Your mind-body connection will be explored in movement, breath, self-expression and meditation.

Once only a traveling yogini, founder Jasmine Arney RYT500, has been inspiring and helping people to shine brighter, feel invigorated and to heal from Bala to the shores of Georgian Bay, docks from Gravenhurst to Port Carling and private retreats from Bracebridge to Mactier. Now Jasmine invites you into her home studio in Bala and hopes you will come to think of it as your own Sweet Om.
