Her session will look at how to build a truly diverse team for your business, how to help your clients recruit and retain diverse talent for their businesses and an insight into how to make returning to work following a sabbatical or parental leave, much easier. 

ABOUT AMY WOOLF

Amy has a wealth of experience in recruitment, communications, business development and inclusion. Starting her career in the world of boutique search, Amy specialised in professional services, technology and financial services recruitment across Europe and Asia.

Prior to launching The Woolf Partnership, Amy spent many years working within the professional services world, at KPMG. During her tenure she provided a bespoke direct search service to the partner group, worked alongside the UK Board to launch a firm wide social collaboration network and most recently was responsible for the design and content of the highly successful C-Suite Leadership Programme. Outside of work she advises a leading Social Care charity, providing challenge and encouraging innovation at every opportunity. She is married with two young children and can usually be counted on for a heated family board game and a delicious meal!
