"The Futures" by Jiahao Di, Mandy Xiwen Liang & Geoffrey Baojun Yuan
On our paddle we wanted to capture two very extreme cityscapes; a highly developed one and one after it is destroyed. This is also reflected as morning and night and growth of trees. We drew the technological patterns on the handle and twined hemp rope as cirrus on it. It means environment is as equally important as the development of technology and we hope that no matter from which medical domain or other areas, technology could develop a good way and help more people.
This paddle was submitted as a group trek alongside other members of Middlefield Collegiate Institute.
