"Sakura" by Priscilla Li-Kam-Cheung

The Sakura season is a brief but special time of the year where we can welcome the spring season and appreciate the cherry blossoms. It also symbolizes the beauty of nature and brings people and families together. Having seen the cherry blossoms in Japan back in 2017, I wanted to capture that experience visually on the paddle.

This paddle was submitted as a solo trek alongside other members of Middlefield Collegiate Institute.
