Five Fitness Classes

If you're ready to take the next step in your fitness journey, this is the perfect package for you! Community Fitness Davis (formerly Crossfit Davis), a full-service fitness facility for all ages and fitness levels, is offering the opportunity for a new member to participate in five in-person classes. Classes are 45 to 60 minutes and include a combination of cardio and strength training, with highly trained coaches there to help you every step of the way. CFD is a leader in prioritizing safety, and is currently offering outdoor classes and workout space on their shaded patio. Monthly members also have access to live and recorded online classes to stay fit from home, including once a week yoga with Lisa Fischer.
