But what you probably don’t know is that the historic brewery is also the home of Anchor Distilling Company, established in 1993 as a top secret project led by visionary and craft beverage pioneer, Fritz Maytag. After 23 years, Anchor Distilling Company is opening our doors to the public with the launch of The Anchor Distilling Tasting Room.
