This trust package, designed for a couple, includes a Living Trust, Pour-Over Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney for Finances, Advance Health Care Directives, HIPAA Waivers, Certification of Trust, Assignment of Tangible Personal Property, and Grant Deed.

* Because some lives are more complicated and include businesses, additional real estate, and valuable
assets, the $2,500 max-value can be applied toward a package that meets your specific needs. Any ancillary
external actual costs, expenses, and/or recording fees are not included and will be the responsibility of the
recipient.

Estate Planning

Without an estate plan, or living trust, the fates of your assets and your loved ones may be decided by attorneys or the government—so even if you have a modest estate, it’s still a good idea to take care of the basics of estate planning.
Everyone should have an up-to-date Last Will and Testament or Living Trust to ensure that your belongings go to your desired beneficiaries.  Many people believe that your belongings pass regardless of whether you have a will or trust, but this is not the case in today’s age.  A person dying intestate (without a will or trust) is at risk of having their estate incur significant taxes and even pass to beneficiaries that were never intended.
