A 2020 San Juan County Fair hoodie, size of the winner’s choice.
Jennifer Rigg designed her first shirt in 1989 at the age of 12. Since then, there have been many more designs, drawn by hand in her San Juan Island studio she shares with various animal friends. Each shirt is carefully, manually screen printed.
Since 2001, Jennifer has designed and sold most of the shirts for the San Juan County Fair. Her grandfather, Leonard Knowles, was the poultry superintendent during the early 1980’s and also started the Great Chicken Race at the fair. Jennifer has enjoyed continuing that tradition and is currently serving as the poultry and rabbit superintendent and fair board chair.
A portion of profits from the sale of LOEA shirts honor and benefit causes that are close to Jennifer’s heart.
A donated item. 100% of proceeds benefit San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild programs.
