Oil on canvas 11x14. This is an older female wolf in the Great Bear Rainforest. I was immediately drawn to this wolf from a photo taken by Ian McAllister. The eyes are truly windows to the soul. Ian said that she was the watcher for the pack, they all looked up to her.
