Stars & Salt: Hutchinson Travel Experience for 8

From the farthest reaches of the universe to the depths of the underground salt deposits, this travel experience will leave your group of 8 inspired and full of wonder!  

On your trip, you’ll have the opportunity to hear behind-the-scenes info about our collection when you receive a private Curator’s Tour through the Hall of Space Museum at the Cosmosphere.  Come down from clouds (650 ft. down--that is!) when you visit the other major attraction in Hutchinson--Strataca: KS Underground Salt Museum.  Finally, your group will create lasting memories at your next stop: CosmoWorks, where you will create a unique art piece to take home following the direction of a client from Disability Supports of the Great Plains.

You’ll get a taste of local favorites on this trip too, with meal gift certificates to Bogey’s: a fabulous burger and shake spot just up the road from the Cosmosphere, and Jillian’s Italian Grill: an upscale, yet relaxed environment featuring steaks, seafood, pasta, and stone-fired pizzas.  

Finally, your group will rest easy after your packed day in a home donated by Flying Dog Properties.  The “Crescent Craftsman” sleeps 8 with 4 comfortable bedrooms featuring 5 beds and 2.5 baths.

*Regarding lodging, available dates for the “Crescent Craftsman” home can be found on Airbnb. Winners will be required to sign a house rules agreement, which can also be found on the Airbnb listing.
