[TRIP FOR 14] Mission Vacation: Cosmosphere Group Camp Experience

Do you dream of becoming an astronaut?  Did you want to attend Cosmosphere Camp as a child, but were unable?  Here’s the experience you’ve been waiting for!  

Join 13 of your closest friends for an unforgettable weekend training on Cosmosphere equipment like the 4-G centrifuge and multi-axis trainer, launching rockets, flying drones, and navigating a team mission in our Astralis simulator! 

During your visit, you will stay in an amazing historic property, the “Yaggy NoHo” home donated by Enchanted Acres at Yaggy.  This completely restored property was built in 1905 and is a white clapboard home nestled in mature trees on a 1260 acre farm and can accommodate 14.  The space features 3 floors of restored historic charm, with a gourmet kitchen, large living room & dining room,  5 beautiful bedrooms offering 7 beds and 5 & 1/2 baths private baths. Take in the idyllic setting from the beautiful front porch, or wander along the Arkansas riverfront.   This retreat just outside Hutchinson City Limits will provide the welcomed comfort needed after busy days “training like an astronaut” and an opportunity to take advantage of the dark Kansas sky at night! 

*Meals provided during your stay include: a Friday evening reception with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails and lunch for both Saturday and Sunday.Transportation, breakfast and dinners are not included in this package, though recommendations can be given.*

To reserve your camp experience dates, please contact nathanm@cosmo.org at least two weeks in advance of your preferred dates to ensure adequate accommodation.  Some dates may be unavailable due to prior group bookings.  Advance notice is suggested. 

Regarding lodging, available dates for the “Yaggy NoHo” home can be found on Airbnb. Winners will be required to sign a house rules agreement, which can also be found on the Airbnb listing.
