Four Roses Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley. Straight bourbon must be aged for a minimum of two years — Four Roses Bourbon is aged for a minimum of eight years in newly charred, white-oak casks.

An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels – the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring – extracts additional soft, sweet oak character.

US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Truly “small batch” each batch of our US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is batched in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of twenty full barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel.
