One on One Session
Scientific studies have shown that both Mindfulness and Aromatherapy using essential oils can reduce stress and anxiety. When the two practices are combined there is a synergistic effect that allows for greater efficacy of both.
The one-hour session includes instruction on simple mindfulness practices and how to bring in the five senses. This includes the sense of smell, using an essential oil, which can create a Limbic anchor in the brain. A memory of connection and presence in the moment can be created using the sense of smell with present moment awareness. This memory can be used during difficult times to connect to a mindful state. Three essential oil samples will be mailed before the online Zoom meeting or given at the event if the participant decides to meet at Linda's West Hartford office.
