Jessica Mennella is a natural perfumer, product obsessed creative, and the owner and creator of the natural perfume line, FLWR Napa Valley, and the grown up skincare line under the same name. 

Jessica spent the first decade of her career as a financial service professional with Merrill Lynch, and the next decade as a luxury retail professional with Dean & DeLuca, Oakville Grocery and Lolli & Pops, before branching into the beauty business.  Jessica has management and operational experience across finance and retail and has advised lifestyle and wellness start-ups and established companies in the strategic planning, operations, marketing, and leadership / human capital arenas.  

Jessica received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2000, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania in 1994, with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in History from the School of Arts and Sciences. Jessica lives in the Napa Valley, where she consults to wine brands and retail organizations on strategic development and operations, while managing her artisan beauty business.
