Irene Rampton graduated in Commercial Art with an emphasis on illustration and design.
She is open to all subject matter but is recognized for her impressionistic figurative work.
Irene's favorite media includes watercolor, gouache, acrylic and mixed media.
  
Irene is a Signature Member of the Utah Watercolor Society and the Western Federation
of Watercolor Societies.  She has received the Best of Show Ward four times, Award of
Excellence, five times, First Place, two times, as well as Best Abstract Award, and many
                                       Merit and Juror awards and recognitions. 

                                       Irene resides in Salt Lake City.
