Build a Culture of Philanthropy 2 Hour Workshop

This workshop is designed to help executive leaders, board members and staff understand and begin to implement an organization wide Culture of Philanthropy.

• Participants will leave with a clear understanding of what a Culture of Philanthropy is and how they can help make it happen in their organization.
• A minimum of 10 people and no maximum are allowed to attend this workshop.
• It is strongly recommended, for best impact, to have representation of board, executive leaders, development staff, marketing, and program staff.

This item includes a mandatory 30 minute to hour long call with organization leaders to clarify audience and nuances about the agency. It is also fine to have multiple organizations take advantage of this workshop! If so, leaders from the various agencies should be part of the set up phone call.
